LithoGrave Lite

LithoGrave Lite is a simple, easy to use program that converts BMP images to basic cnc gcode. It is optimized to produce gcode to engrave only lithophanes in Dupont's Corian and similar materials. The produced gcode is compatible with Mach3 and TurboCNC, as well as other cnc control programs.

LGLite is not an image to vector converter. It only produces gcode for raster engraving. LGLite runs on the Windows operating system only, and has been thoroughly tested with Windows XP and Windows 7.

Engraving Options :

- Engrave at a 45° angle (from bottom right to upper left).
- Horizontal engraving (in alternating directions back and forth).
- Doubled resolution (2x) horizontal line engraving ( for higher quality).
- Adjustable pixel-to-pixel resolution (changes final image size).
- Engrave a border around the image (selectable).
- Z depth resolution adjustable to two levels.
- Adjustable XY start point of image in material.
- Adjustable Z safe setting.
- Adjustable maximum depth of engraving.
- Ability to skip image scan lines in the final gcode to decrease engraving time (reduces resolution).
- Select gcode file name, file extension, and save location for gcode file.
- Inch units only - metric units not supported in this version.
